If your order needs to be cancelled. please contact us via email. Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch date and time. If the product is refused upon delivery, a refund will be refused due to the cost of re-delivery back to us.

If the order is cancelled before being dispatched, a full refund is available. If the product is faulty or damaged a return may be possible but must be sent back in current condition with the original packaging. If further damage has been caused by the buyer, a refund may be unavailable. If items are missing from the order please contact us as soon as possible in order for a solution to be made.

You have the right to return any item ordered, for no reason and without penalty for a refund. This excludes special-order items. if you are returning an item under distance selling, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
